Collaboration Education and Usage Briefing. During this session collaboration capabilities, sample use cases, and the client’s candidate usage scenarios are explored.
Collaboration Pilot. This includes building out the collaboration functionality to support the user’s business goals, identifying and training pilot users, capturing feedback, and adjusting usage as needed to improve the user experience and business results.
Adoption Planning. With knowledge gained from the pilot, an initial rollout and adoption plan can be generated – using the piloted collaboration capabilities to support the associated information sharing and task management.
Automating Cloud User Provisioning and Changes. For clients of approximately 500 employees and above, and leveraging a cloud deployment model, Mercury can assist with automating the user provisioning and changes to the cloud. This makes adding a large number of users the cloud service and handling user changes more manageable.
Collaboration Deployment. For clients who prefer and on premise solution, Mercury can assist with the planning, installation, configuration, customizations, upgrades and support of the associated software and servers.
