Cloud Messaging Technical Assessment. This starts with briefing session to overview the cloud messaging capabilities and operational characteristics. Next, a detailed technical assessment is done of the client’s current environment to identify any changes needed to support movement to cloud messaging environment and its operational model.

Cloud Messaging Pilot. At this point, a pilot for limited number of user can be performed. They can be moved to the cloud to assess their user experience, and identify any other issues for consideration or remediation if other users were to be migrated.

Cloud Messaging Migration. With the knowledge from the assessment and pilot, the scope of effort, required resources (client and/or Mercury) and a detailed migration plan for moving the remainder of an organization’s users is developed.

Messaging and Instant Messaging Deployment. Mercury can assist with assessment, planning, and migration to new or upgraded on premise messaging and IM platforms.
