The Challenge
The client used a Microsoft Excel based process for their Policy Underwriting. This process was very manual and labor intense when generating Policies. There was no integration from the Policies to the existing Claim processing system.
The Solution
Mercury provided consultants with understanding of the client’s business processes and broad experience in Microsoft .NET to architect, design, develop and deploy a custom Policy and Underwriting system to fit their needs.
